This Mowgli cake recipe is a variation to banana-walnut cookies, it just contains cocoa and comes in a different shape. It does feel less sweet and goes great next to a coffee.

Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 2 bananas (190 g)
- 50 g of sugar
- 15 g of cocoa powder
- 90 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 80 to 100 g of dried fruits and nuts (I use raisins and walnuts)
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
Directions
- Mix the room temperature butter with the sugar and eggs.
- Add in the mashed bananas.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and soda and the cocoa powder.
- Combine the egg and banana mixture with the dry bowl.
- At the end add your choice of dried fruits and nuts.
- Pour the dough in a rectangular tin, coated previously with butter and flour or baking paper.
- Bake at 180 C for 40 min.
