This baked cherry tomatoes pasta recipe is a refreshing summer dish, creamy and full of umami.
Baked cherry tomatoes pasta

Ingredients
- 30-40 cherry tomatoes
- red pepper (optional)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 handful of grated parmezan
- 10-15 leaves of fresh basil
- pasta
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Directions
- Drizzle on the tomatoes, pepper and garlic some olive oil and salt.
- Bake them at 200 C for 45 min. If this is too long, you can cook them in the pan directly.
- Once done, mash them a bit and put them in a pan on small fire.
- Add half of the parmezan.
- You can now add the basil, the cooked pasta, pasta liquid if needed and black pepper.
- Add more parmezan on top and ready.
