It’s pretty clear that I’ve been lazy to cook anything new lately. So no surprise that my first recipe in 4 months is a quick one.
But even so, pretty delicious.
Ingredients for one portion
- 60 g of couscous mixed with some garlic powder
- 6-10 shrimps
- half an avocado
- green salad
- olive oil to taste
- sesame seeds
Directions
- I cooked the cous-cous as indicated in the instructions, and added some powder garlic in the water too.
- Cook a bit the shrimps . I usually by mine peeled and pre-boiled.
- Add in some green salad of your choice, half an avocado, sprinkle olive oil to taste and sesame seeds. And it is ready, warm, healthy and delicious.
