- Halloumi in the airfryer – so much cleaner! Bake the halloumi on 190 C for a few min until it is catching enough color.
- Chicken wings. I always buy mine pre-marinated. I toss them in the airfryer for 15-20 min and they are ready. The only catch here is that the kitchen still gets smelly from them, but at least there is no oil everywhere. And they are so much healthier.
- Chicken tikka – this one is one of my favorites. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, salt, garam masala, kashmiri chili powder, turmeric, ground cumin, grated garlic and ginger. Let it wait for min 30 min. Then bake at 200C for 13 min. Ready to be served fresh next to your favorite side dish.
- Roasted pumpkin is hands down my favorite in the airfryer. I find it so long to cook in the conventional oven. But in the airfryer I toss the pumpkin with a bit of olive oil, salt and zataar spices and bake it at 180 C for 15 min. It is soooo good!
