Airfryer roasted peppers in minutes

Roasted peppers are one of my addictions. My only problem with them is that they take so long to make.

But I found a shortcut with the airfryer! They won’t have that smoky, burnt taste, but they taste great for the effort invested.

Toss as many as fit in your airfryer and bake them at 175 C for 16 min with no preheating and without turning.

Let them cool off a bit and they will peel so easily. Mix them with a finely chopped garlic, salt, sunflower oil and apple vinegar.
