Trout is one of my favorite fishes. But sometimes can be really hard to find it fresh. So I invented this recipe for the marinated version, so that I can still enjoy this fish and it is a nice an easy source of protein.
- Boil and cube the potatoes.
- Clean the trout for bones and shred it.
- Cut one shallot really thin and wash it down with water in a strainer so that it is gentler for the stomach.
- Cut a corn or just use it straight from the can. I don’t weigh it, just put to taste.
- Finley cube 1-2 pickels.
- Finley chop some dill.
- Add 1-2 tbsp of sour cream.
- Leave it in the fridge for a few hour and it is ready to be served as is.
