This plum jam recipe with no sugar is simply amazing. It is not only a healthy version of any jam, but it is so buttery and pleasantly sour that you won’t be able to stop adding to your pancakes.

That is all, as many as it can fit in the pot you have. Take the kernel out and place the plums with no water, no sugar on the medium fire.
They will slowly start to release water and become a paste. Boil them for 3.5 hours on small-medium fire and mix occasionally.
Here it how it looks after 1 hour, 2 hours and 3.5 hours:
Place it immediately in sterilized jars and after it cools down, keep it in the fridge preferably.
