This recipe is a try for re-creating a salad I used to absolutely love in the salad chain restaurant Ugo in the Czech Republic. I can’t quite nail the recipe down, but this is a very nice, fresh and nutritious salad nonetheless:
Add you favorite green salad, neutral works best in this case. Shred some store bought smoked chicken. Add some hard cheese, I find that sheep works the best. Chop some apple next to it. Sprinkle lots of hemp seeds. At the end add a vinaigrette made of a bit of honey, olive oil, salt and balsamic vinegar:
