Cheap and incredibly simple. This recipe will save you a lot of money and still offer almost the same taste as the fancy and expensive Raffaello candies.

Ingredients
- 250 g of coconut flakes
- 1 can of condensed milk (397 g)
- 30 almonds
Directions
- Mix the 200g of coconut flakes with almost all the condensed milk. Keep some coconut flakes for rolling the candies and some condensed milk in case you want to add later to the composition. Let the mixture rest for 15 min and add more flakes or milk until you reach a consistency that can be rolled up in a ball.
- Roll a small ball and insert one almond in the middle. Reshape the ball so that it becomes again perfectly round.
- Roll the ball in the coconut flakes.
- Once finished let the candies rest in the fridge for few hours and they are ready to serve!
