This tuna-sriracha recipe is a super quick meal, rich in protein and fat and very delicious (of course, if you like fish). It is meant to be spread on bread, but if you want a low carb and gluten free option, you can replace the bread with veggies (celery sticks, carrots, cucumber, peppers etc.).
Tuna sriracha spread

Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna (can be brine or in oil)
- 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp of mayonnaise
- sriracha to taste
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- sesame seeds
- spring onion
- celery sticks (optional)
- fresh dill (optional)
Directions
- Mix in a bowl the tuna, sriracha, yogurt and mayonnaise.
- Add the chopped veggies and the sesame seeds.
- Mix in the sesame oil.
- The tuna-sriracha spread is ready to be served with the sides you wish.
